Soren Pedersen

Meet the director
& coach

With a keen interest in developing people while relentlessly driving for improvements, Soren has spent the past three decades supporting organisations on five continents.
Coaching leaders, frontline teams and change agents while leading Lean, strategy and innovation programmes, Soren thrives on challenges, seeing people grow and having fun along the way.
Using his sharp technical and analytical background, he has also developed programming abilities that bring data visualisation and automatic analysis to the highest level in a user-friendly way.

  • Founded Lean and Strategy in 2010
  • Manager of TAKT Australia, delivering certified training and transformation programmes in Australia (2 years)

  • McKinsey & Co., Scandinavia – part of engagements in all capitals of Scandinavia and Finland (2 years)
